We’re Graham and Angela Atkinson — the team behind Grange Consultancy. We bring over 30 years of experience in UK poultry and egg production to the table.
From on-farm operations to corporate leadership, we’ve lived and worked in almost every part of the industry. Now, we use that knowledge to support producers, simplify negotiations, and build strong, profitable partnerships.

Our Background
Graham & Angela have spent decades within the poultry industry. Angela, a farmer’s daughter has worked with Turkeys, Ducks , Broilers and layers, whilst Graham worked alongside Angela he eventually moved into feed sales with BOCM Pauls before joining the UK’s largest egg packer where he progressed to Agriculture Director overseeing both company owned and contract egg production. Together, we understand both sides of the industry – and we know how to bridge the gap
